Free Adjustments to Alterations
At Charlotte Dry Cleaners, we take pride in providing high-quality dry cleaning and alteration services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following guarantees:
Free Recleaning
If you are unsatisfied with the results of your dry cleaning, we will reprocess the item at no additional charge. Please return the item within 3 days of pickup with the original receipt.
We stand by the quality of our alterations. If an alteration does not meet your expectations, we offer complimentary adjustments within 3 days of pickup. Please bring the garment and receipt to our store for necessary modifications.
Lost Item
In the rare event that an item is lost in our care, we will conduct a thorough investigation. If the item cannot be recovered, we will compensate 10 times the service amount (pre-tax) paid for the lost item. Compensation will be based on the original service charge and does not reflect the market value of the garment.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. While we take every precaution to handle garments with care, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, including but not limited to color fading, shrinkage, or fabric weaknesses.

Items left unclaimed beyond 1 year (365 days), which may be donated or discarded.

Damage caused by items left in pockets, faulty manufacturing, or materials that react unexpectedly to cleaning or alterations.
